Our people are what make us great. We never forget that. They’re our number one priority and core to this is their physical as well as mental health and wellbeing.

With a culture focused on safety, we have put in place strict procedures to keep our workforce safe at all times. These include:

• Risk assessments for all tasks prior and at point of work

• Clear training and supervision 

• Transparent and easily accessible information and instruction

• Competency checks 

• Issue of necessary clothing and PPE to keep our team safe

• Clear provisions regarding the use, handling, storage, transportation of materials, equipment and substances

• Internal and external audits to ensure our high standards are maintained

We are also continually looking at ways to improve how we do things to ensure the safety of our team. Whether that's through new innovations or processes and procedures.
 

As a company, we comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all other relevant legislation. We also adhere to best practice at all times. This is reflected in our Integrated Management System, alongside ISO 14001, environmental management standards, and ISO 9001, quality management.
